Massive Open Online Course (MOOC)
"What Works: Promising Practices in International Development" -- Norway's first international MOOC -- has been offered by the University of Oslo in collaboration with Stanford University's Center on Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law (CDDRL) since 2015. Close to 10 000 participants from almost 150 countries have so far taken part in this MOOC, which is offered on the FutureLearn platform.
Together with partners at Stanford University and colleagues in China and Malawi, we are offering an updated version of the MOOC in the period 26 February - 18 March 2018. You can sign up here.
The What Works MOOC features world class faculty from several educational institutions: University of Oslo, Stanford University, University of Malawi, Kings College London and China Agricultural University
